About Me

Why i became a Photographer

My name is William Collins, owner and operator of Perpetuam Productions, where Proper Preparation breeds Perpetual Progression. My journey into photography and videography started before I even realized I wanted to pursue it. From high school all the way through college I honed my creativity towards architecture and obtained my Bachelors.

Throughout that time I always felt the need to document my journey through my camera. Now that I am out of “traditional” school I look to utilize my creative talents through a lens.

What inspires me

Memorializing Moments One click at a Time

Being human requires that you live life to its full potential and experience it with no hesitancy. When you do it correctly, you’ll have no trouble walking into your passion and purpose. And once that’s taken care of everything else should fall into place. Without realizing it I have been constantly documenting important moments in my life because I knew how vital it was to preserve those moments. The feeling you get when you talk to your friends about something that happened years ago is heightened immensely when you’re able to physically see it and relive it all at once.

That’s the feeling I want to share with the world, because no matter what you own that’s something that can never be taken away from you. Money comes and goes, but memories last forever.

What i like to Shoot

As I figure out the best workflow, I continue to dabble in multiple niches. I’m currently exploring portrait, lifestyle, product, street and architectural photography. Throughout videography I’m mainly look to hone my skills in the editing space because that is where creativity in shown. As I perfect both, I’ll be able to better serve my clients.

Hope to see you along the ride.
