F.A.Q.
Turnaround Time
Proofs are returned to client within 1-5 days from when they are taken, During grad season it may be 5-10. Turnaround time for edited images are between 5 – 14 business days from when the client selects images to be edited if rush edits aren’t purchased.
Extra edits and Video work is serviced later after initial packaged photo’s are returned.
Video work Can take up to 30 days to be returned BUT usually is Given between 10-20 business days.
Creative Shoots have no Time Limit if Free, Usually Within 1-2 Month turnaround if so.
Rescheduling
Rescheduling is free depending on availability. If my schedule is open there is no charge. If not and I have to squeeze you in there will be a $25 Fee.
Traveling
I am more than open to travel based on availability. During consultation once the package is chosen and all relevant information is exchanged travel fee will be included within the invoice.
